He graduated high school at just 17 and immediately pursued a college degree focused on computers. During his time in school, Jim also discovered a love for caffeine, theatre, and music. After earning degrees in Computer Repair & Networking Technologies and Theatre, he began his professional journey with WNYCS.

Thomas is a skilled IT installer with over 10 years of experience in delivering high-quality technology solutions. With a strong background in setting up and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, Thomas has built a reputation for efficiency, reliability, and problem-solving.

Outside of work, Thomas is passionate about solving Rubik’s cubes, a hobby that reflects a love for puzzles and challenges. This problem-solving mindset carries over into the professional realm, where attention to detail and perseverance are key to ensuring successful installations and system optimizations.
